Privacy Policy

Dragon Zhao Media (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an internal application used for Meta ads reporting and analytics. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be accessed through the application, how that information is used, how long it may be retained, the circumstances in which it may be shared, and how authorized users may contact us regarding privacy or deletion requests.

1. Information we may collect or access

When an authorized user connects the application through Meta, we may access information reasonably necessary to provide ads reporting functionality, including:

  • Ad account identifiers, business asset identifiers, and related account metadata
  • Campaign, ad set, ad, and reporting dimensions and metrics
  • Spend, impressions, reach, clicks, conversions, attribution, and related advertising analytics
  • Basic account or business user information made available through approved Meta permissions
  • Operational, authentication, diagnostic, security, and error logs associated with lawful use of the application

We do not intentionally collect personal profile content or unrelated personal information beyond what is required for authentication, authorization, system security, and operation of the reporting workflow.

2. How we use information

We use accessed information only for legitimate business purposes directly related to the operation of the application, including:

  • Displaying ad performance reports, dashboards, summaries, and analytics views
  • Monitoring campaign delivery, spend, performance trends, and account activity
  • Supporting internal business analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting
  • Maintaining, debugging, securing, and improving the reliability of the application
  • Complying with legal obligations, contractual obligations, and applicable platform requirements

3. Scope of use

Data accessed through Meta is used only for the business purpose for which access is granted. We do not sell Meta platform data. We do not use Meta platform data for data brokerage, unrelated profiling, or unauthorized resale, disclosure, or commercial exploitation.

4. Sharing of information

We may share information only in the limited circumstances below:

  • With hosting, cloud, security, logging, or infrastructure providers that help us operate or secure the application
  • With employees, contractors, or service providers who have a legitimate need to access the data to support authorized reporting and business operations, subject to confidentiality obligations
  • When required to do so by law, legal process, governmental request, or to protect rights, security, property, users, or system integrity
  • As part of an internal reorganization, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to continued protection of applicable data

We do not sell user data or Meta platform data to unrelated third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the application, maintain business records, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law, and satisfy applicable platform obligations. When data is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete, anonymize, or de-identify it within a reasonable period.

6. Data security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission, storage, or electronic processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International processing

Data may be processed or stored in jurisdictions other than the user’s jurisdiction. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law and our platform obligations.

8. Children’s privacy

The application is not directed to children and is not intended for use by minors.

9. Rights and requests

Authorized users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with their use of the application by contacting us at dragonzhaomedia@gmail.com. We may request information necessary to verify identity, authority, and the scope of the request before taking action.

10. Data deletion requests

To request deletion of data associated with your use of the application, email dragonzhaomedia@gmail.com with the subject line Meta App Data Deletion Request.

Include the email address associated with your Meta account, your business name, and any relevant ad account ID so the request can be matched to the correct records.

After receiving the request, we may ask for additional information necessary to verify identity and authority. Once verified, we will:

  • Confirm whether applicable data is stored by the application
  • Delete data that is not required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping
  • Complete the request within a reasonable period and confirm completion when appropriate

Some information may be retained where deletion is not legally required or is not technically possible due to legitimate compliance, security, contractual, or recordkeeping obligations.

11. Changes to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any update becomes effective when posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by law.
