Data deletion requests
To request deletion of data associated with your use of the application, send an email to dragonzhaomedia@gmail.com with the subject line Meta App Data Deletion Request.
Include the email address associated with your Meta account, your business name, and any relevant ad account ID so the request can be matched to the correct records.
After receiving the request, we may ask for additional information necessary to verify identity and authority. Once verified, we will:
- Confirm whether applicable data is stored by the application
- Delete data that is not required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping
- Complete the request within a reasonable period and confirm completion when appropriate
Some information may be retained where deletion is not legally required or is not technically possible due to legitimate compliance, security, contractual, or recordkeeping obligations.
